1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "90jill", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the gaming platform accessible at https://90jill.cam and related domains.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the 90jill platform.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any person who registers an account or accesses the 90jill platform.
• "Platform" or "Website" refers to the 90jill gaming website, mobile-optimized site, and all related services and interfaces.
• "Games" refers collectively to all casino games, slot machines, live dealer games, sports betting markets, bingo games, and other gambling products available on the Platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on any Game offered through the Platform.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred by a User into their Account for the purpose of placing Bets.

• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in a User's Account at any given time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account with 90jill, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2. You agree to be legally bound by these terms and all policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
3. You accept that these terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 90jill.
4. You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and are not prohibited by law from using online gambling services.

90jill is intended primarily for users located in the Philippines. Users accessing the Platform from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

3.3 Account Creation

Each User may maintain only one (1) Account with 90jill. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, payment methods, device identifiers, and IP addresses.

Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in immediate closure of all accounts, cancellation of outstanding bets, and forfeiture of balances except for the initial deposit amount, which may be returned at our sole discretion following investigation.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized such activity.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify customer support immediately. We will investigate such reports but accept no liability for losses incurred before you report the unauthorized access.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon successful processing by the payment provider. In some cases, particularly with bank transfers, processing may take several hours. 90jill is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Source of Funds

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds, and failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension and return of funds.

4.5 Deposit Fees

90jill does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own transaction fees, for which we accept no responsibility.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of your available Account Balance at any time, subject to these terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless alternative arrangements are approved by our finance team for valid reasons.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

We endeavor to process withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes during business hours. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of your payment provider and may take several hours or, in the case of bank transfers, up to three (3) business days.

5.3 Identity Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, we require identity verification documentation including government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. This is mandatory to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and prevent fraud.

Withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of the verification process. We aim to complete verification within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation, though this may take longer in complex cases.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

5.6 Prohibited Withdrawals

We reserve the right to refuse withdrawal requests where:

• The Account is under investigation for suspected terms violations;
• Outstanding bonus wagering requirements have not been met;
• The withdrawal would facilitate money laundering or other illegal activity;
• The Account has been flagged by our fraud detection systems;
• Legal or regulatory requirements prevent the withdrawal.

6. Betting Rules and Game Play

6.1 General Betting Principles

All Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled except in cases of obvious error. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your Bets before confirmation. By confirming a Bet, you acknowledge that you have sufficient funds in your Account Balance to cover the stake amount.

6.2 Game-Specific Rules

Each Game offered on the 90jill Platform operates according to specific rules published within the game interface or help section. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any Game before placing Bets. Where conflicts arise between general terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting markets, settlement is based on official results as published by the relevant governing sports body or organization. Where no official result is declared, or an event is abandoned or postponed, specific settlement rules apply as detailed in our Sports Betting Rules document.

We reserve the right to void bets placed on events affected by obvious errors, including incorrect odds, wrong participant information, or other manifest mistakes. Such decisions are final and binding.

6.4 Maximum Payouts

Maximum payout limits may apply to certain Bets or Games. These limits are established to manage risk and are clearly disclosed in the relevant game rules or betting interface. Where a Bet wins but would exceed the maximum payout limit, the payout will be capped at the applicable maximum.

6.5 Disconnections During Play

In the event of a connection failure during game play, incomplete rounds or Bets will be resolved according to game provider policies. Where possible, interrupted games can be resumed upon reconnection. We are not liable for losses arising from connection interruptions caused by your internet service provider or device.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Promotional Terms

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager bonus funds a specified number of times before conversion to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are clearly stated in promotional terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

We maintain a strict policy against bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers repeatedly, systematic low-risk betting to meet wagering requirements, or any other activity designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine gaming activity.

Discovery of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses, cancellation of winnings derived from bonuses, and potential Account closure.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 90jill Platform:

• Creating multiple Accounts or sharing Accounts with other individuals;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or other illegal activities;
• Employing automated software, bots, or scripting to place Bets or manipulate gameplay;
• Colluding with other Users to gain unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including charge-backs or payment disputes in bad faith;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify Platform software;
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to disguise your location;
• Harassing or abusing customer support staff or other Users.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the 90jill Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and underlying code, is the property of 90jill or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on Platform content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 90jill shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds you deposited into your Account during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or software malfunctions beyond our reasonable control;
• Loss of data or connectivity issues caused by your internet service provider or device;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect login credentials;
• Losses incurred while using the Platform, as gaming involves inherent risk;
• Actions taken by payment processors, banks, or other third parties;
• Changes in laws or regulations that affect Platform availability or functionality.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute with 90jill, you must first contact our customer support team through the live chat system or email support channel. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably through our internal complaints process.

If internal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or similar recognized arbitration body. Arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Both parties agree to waive rights to jury trial and class action proceedings. Each dispute shall be arbitrated individually, not consolidated with other Users' claims.

13. Modifications to Terms

90jill reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through prominent notice on the Platform or via email to registered Users.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of modified terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to modified terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account.

14. Account Closure and Termination

14.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw your remaining Balance subject to verification and these terms. Closure does not relieve you of obligations arising before closure.

14.2 Termination by 90jill

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Required by law or regulatory directive;
• You fail to provide requested verification documentation;
• Your Account remains inactive for an extended period;
• We elect to discontinue services to your jurisdiction.

Upon termination, outstanding Bets will be settled according to game rules, and your remaining Balance (excluding forfeited bonuses or fraudulent winnings) will be returned to you following deduction of any amounts owed to 90jill.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the agreement, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and 90jill regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign our rights and obligations under these terms to any third party without notice or consent.

15.5 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of 90jill.
